MendMyFurniture.com provides furniture repair, restoration, and customization services as outlined in the service agreement. The scope of services will be detailed in the work order provided to the customer.
We require 100% payment upfront before any work begins. Payment can be made via credit and debit cards, PayPal, Zelle, cash, or checks.
Once the furniture leaves our premises, whether by customer pick-up or delivery by our team, MendMyFurniture.com is not responsible for any wear and tear or damage that occurs.
We will ensure that the furniture is in good condition upon delivery. After delivery, we are not responsible for any damage that occurs.
Once the repair plan is finalized and approved by the customer, no changes can be made. Any additional changes requested may incur extra costs. Cancellations must be made within 24 hours of approval to receive a full refund. No refunds are available once work has commenced.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate information about the condition and history of the furniture. Any special requirements or requests must be communicated before work begins.
Our basic repair services come with a 3-month warranty. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship but does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, or misuse.
MendMyFurniture.com is not responsible for any pre-existing conditions or defects that were not identified during the initial assessment. Liability is limited to the cost of the repair services provided.
For certain repairs, we offer free pick-up and delivery within the local area. Customers must ensure that the furniture is accessible and prepared for transport. MendMyFurniture.com is not liable for any damage that occurs during customer transport.
Customer information will be handled in accordance with our privacy policy. Personal details will be used solely for the purpose of providing repair services and will not be shared with third parties without consent.
Any disputes arising from the repair services will be addressed through mediation before pursuing legal action. Both parties agree to make a good faith effort to resolve any issues amicably.
